The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. It was pretty small but not claustrophobic. The staff we talked to were polite and helpful. Overall it was decent for the price and I don't have any complaints. I didn't try the complimentary breakfast or call service so I can't speak on that.

Staff was very kind and attentive. I had my kids with me and they were very accommodating and understanding of my kids despite my little ones' behavior! Rooms were well kept and well stocked. The housekeeper we met didn't speak English, but she was very respectful and quickly restocked our room.

Incredible value, clean room, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.  I also loved the beautiful stone-tile flooring in the bathroom.  

I thought about deducting one star because after we checked in a gentleman came in and asked me if I had overflowed the bathtub because there was a leak downstairs (I hadn't).  He then spent about an hour or more coming and going out of the bathroom while he fixed it.  We understand the emergency, but would have liked to have received an offer to switch rooms or a discount for the inconvenience.  We had no idea how long it was going to take, so it was kind of awkward to have our privacy interrupted.

But I'm giving 5 stars because I'm so damn impressed with the beds, the price and the decor.  I will give you a little preview of the bedding situation:  imagine sleeping on a cloud with cloud pillows and cloud sheets, tucked in snuggly between 2 clouds.  Whoever is responsible for this needs a big raise and a promotion.

Great hotel for the money.  Newly updated.  Nice "Hot" hot tub.  Can bring my dog at no extra charge.

Beds and pillows way too soft for my back and neck or even just plain comfort. Much more expensive than led too believe. But they are clean and efficiently staffed. Beware, they do turn off your room access a half hour before check ck out time and if you haven't quite removed the last of your belongings you will.have to get someone to let you back in. Over all 3stars.
