Some Inns will offer great value for your money. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this Americas Best Value location. We were on our way back to Texas from Tennessee and decided to book a room at this location just for some hours before resuming our road trip. Here are some pointers: Cover yourself with insect repellent. I found a small sign at the lobby mentioning the mosquito as the official bird of Arkansas and boy they were not kidding. On our way into the room, we found several small blood splatters on the walls. Shortly after we noticed these annoying blood suckers flying along the roof and walls. If more than one brave soul will be staying, ask for free extra towels at the lobby as they initially provide for just one. If you missed the 70's you will love this room! Musky smelling carpet floors, an used bar soap with pubic hairs left as a souvenir, non-working fisher-price looking hairdryer are some of the amenities our $57 per-night room had to offer. On the plus side, free ice was available, bed was comfortable and the lady at the front desk was very nice and courteous. Overall it provides a cheap, unclean alternative to crash overnight, get some rest and move along.

So far so good. I'm here for a week. The place is clean and the air conditioner works. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great water pressure. Close to a ton of stores and restaurants. Within a mile of Wal-Mart cato save a lot dollar general dollar tree Fred's. A lot more. Seriously like it here. They are a pet friendly establishment. Its been quiet for the most part. Several cable channels available. I have no complaints thus far.

Stayed here 10/17/2017 room 106 bed was comfortable and big. room was clean bathroom was clean air conditioning was a little loud along with the bathroom fan some stains in the carpet but overall a comfortable stay

Cheap is what you get here. We stopped Bc we had to wait for Walmart to open to get tire. The first room they placed us in was either someone already in it or was never cleaned trash everywhere beds unmade. The second room wasn’t bad. Beds was clean and comfortable all I can say bout it.

This is no doubt the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in bar none. The blankets are from the 70's the blanket under the cover must have been from WWII, I started in a single room that was supposed to be non smoking, I was not in there 5 minutes and my head was swimming. The lady at the desk was very friendly and courteous, she gave me 2 other options for a room, the first room I tried, I tried twice to get in, the lock did not work, the next room, they obviously have not vacuumed the room within the last week, there were wood chips on the floor. The bathtub had stains in it, the shower head and hot and cold handles were dirty, the double beds I did not trust, I took the covers off and hoped that they had washed the sheets, that is what I slept in that night. The only thing positive that I can say, is I checked for bed bugs and did not find any. I would have immediately gotten a refund, but I booked the room through a hotel trip or something, but I could not get my money back. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. This place should be notified by the health department, if forrest city has one. Stay at your own risk
