The people are wonderful. The breakfast is diverse. The rooms and decor are modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows and accommodations were exceptional. There isn't much to do in the area, but settling in and ordering to go and you are all set.

Amazing customer service by the front desk attendants (Jeremy and Sampson). Professional, courteous and very polite. I have stayed at 2 other H.I.E (Amarillo TX and Oklahoma City) no complaints about the hotels look and cleanliness, however the staff in Amarillo and Oklahoma City were rude. The maid service in both those locations woke me up at 9 am to clean my room even tho check out wasn't till 12. So I was very SURPRISED when I arrived in Forrest City H.I.E and was treated so nice by the front desk attendants. Thank you Jeremy and Sampson.

Really clean and comfortable place to stay. It was kind of a surprise how nice it was in the middle of nowhere! The pool was nice and the people friendly and helpful.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and fast. The room was clean and cool. The breakfast was stocked and tasty. We left well rested and ready to continue our adventure.

When we arrived the place was packed. There was a parking area right by the front. We started to park there when we heard a loud whistle. We thought it must be for someone else as it was 12:30 at night and we had just arrived. Instead a white man who looked like a redneck was running our direction and aggressively motioned for us to move from the spot we had parked in. This was not someone affiliated with the hotel but rather another guest who apparently was willing to threaten other potential patrons. We had no idea why this man was harassing us so we motioned for him to leave us alone. Next the man started to act aggressive as though he was either going to pull out a gun or become physically violent once we exited our car to book a room. So we left the spot. We had to turn around and saw that he had his buddy take the spot. We couldn't believe his behavior was for a parking spot. Unfortunately this incident reflects poorly on the management of the hotel as well. The hotel needs to do a better job of making their property secure from such harrasment. We will not return nor would we recommend.
