this is not the same hotel as before now it is called Red Roof Inn and let me tell you this hotel is really should get five stars but they are still making improvements. we are staying only one night and the price is very very fair, and also the customer service is wonderful. we checked in and the room was very new and very nice but the a/c wouldn't work so I went back to the front desk and was quickly given another room and so then we moved around the corner and this room was better than the other one and the a/c was blowing cold and its 10 pm and it still is doing a great job. so if you needing a great room and great price this is the place to stay.

Under renovation, gave me a key to a room someone else was checked into. The suite was clean and comfortable however there was no breakfast included.

Renovations going on....
I understand the renovate thing but come on...
No bathroom door, no WiFi, no comforters on the beds, toilet does not flush. Tv was not hooked up to the cable. 
Room 220 was a hassle to zigzag to our room due to equipment on the walkway with all the bathroom doors leaning against the rails 
No coffee maker in room 
Hope the renovations happen quickly. 
The is truck parking even for oversize @ 16 wide.

Avoid at all cost! Was the worst experience on my trip across the states. Room was full of mosquitoes and flies, smelled like fresh glue. Asked for a refund but was denied because 10 minutes had passed while we went to Walmart to get bug spray and flyswatters to defend our self. It should get -1 star

I can't even rate this place a 1 star bc our entire experience was HORRIBLE!!! Scam artist for starters, PET friendly is about ALL I have to say about this location bc the conditions of the UNFINISHED renovated rum they coldly through us in during the middle of the night after finally arriving after battling severe storms to drive almost 6 hours for this nightmare of a mini vacation that started off by the Manager irresponsibly giving our 3 day ALREADY PAID for room to another woman bc she looked "sad" as she stated being her reasoning for such actions while tossing us into a room with NO pillows, NO curtain over the window for privacy, NO towels, NO shower curtain, NO toilet paper, lights HANGING out of the ceiling, coffee pot was to be assembled in order to make any, dirty floors, tub, room period and when we decided to end our trip from HELL the next day they refused to refund for the two nights we would NOT be staying due to such treatment and conditions from the FEW HOURS we bravely stayed in the pit they threw in into...  While trying to sort out this mess with Mgmt. another guest came in very upset and demanding to not be charged $75.00 for a room with NO running water but once again these scam artist refused to act like decent human beings and do what's right!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME NOR ENERGY ON THE 'COLONY INN' in Forrest City Arkansas!!!!!! Total NIGHTMARE and very unprofessional location with NO humility!!!!
