The room very clean, had new furniture, no carpet on the floor which is always a plus to me.This place is on a very quiet street even though a liquor store right next door..they have plenty of U haul parking and plenty of mowed grass for the k-9 babies. Coffee and very small continental breakfast, not a problem to me because coffee is my breakfast and it was good. The rates can't be beat for the cleanliness of the room and quiet street. I would stay again :)

I have stayed at this hotel several times, always in the Business Place rooms. Some of the rooms on the first floor have jacuzzi bathtubs, which is nice. However, if anyone is in the room above you, even the noise of them going to the bathroom is loud enough to wake you up. A constant issue I have is with the night person (by my calculations they change once every 2 months). It seems that the only person they can hire are those without the slightest sense of cordiality and common courtesy. The air conditioners work well and are quiet. The rooms are spacious but show their age in stained and worn fixtures, carpeting, etc...The internet is fast enough and the TVs good enough. The continental breakfast is of median value. No nice items such as bacon, omelets that you might find at other hotels and/or chains. Had I been paying for the rooms myself (rather than my company) and not collecting points, a better value would be the Holiday Inn Express down the road, especially given the kind of service (the times I had to interact with them: Non-working keys (60% of visits), No remote (2x), Shower does not drain (2X), Beeping fire alarm (1X), No batteries on the remote (1X), Missing light bulbs (1X), No/Bad air conditioner (2x). Every time I *was told* to get out of the room to go get a bulb/remote/battery/new card keys

Clean. Bed/pillows good. Staff was pleasant and friendly. That's pretty much it. No free breakfast but they do give you a voucher for breakfast. We went to waffle house instead. We also switched hotels after the first night. It was not suitable for business. Very cramped room. Shades did not close completely, the highway was noisy, the room was damp and a bit moldy smelling. Dark walkways, did not feel comfortable walking around hotel grounds at night. It's okay to crash for the night but pass if you need more than that.

The room was inexpensive. You get what you pay for. The pool was nice and clean, but there were moths and bugs in the room. I would not stay there again.
