For a two star hotel, this Americas Best Value Inn is top notch. We stayed here for 5 days while work was being done in our apartment after water damage, and our overall experience was fantastic. We did not expect much at $70 a day, but our king bed room with jetted tub was spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The continental breakfast selection was impressive for a two star hotel, and wifi was fast enough to stream movies. Parking lot was well-lit with ample spaces, and the location of this hotel was perfect for us. What we found most pleasing about this hotel is how quiet it is at night. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel

They must do something about the smoking in the rooms. Fine the guests who smoke an automatic $250.00 immediately on their cc. When you give a guest a non-smoking room, they actually think it is non-smoking. Stains on the carpet: blood, mold, etc. so step carefully, the bathrooms need a scrub down, they are never truly clean, and it is quite a scary place: a printer will appear on your computer/phone if you log into their WiFi, and the windows and doors could be more secure on some of the rooms. If you just need an emergency place to crash then the price is great. Breakfast: boiled eggs, donuts, waffles, coffee, toast/bagels, not fancy, not fresh all the time, but it is food if you are starving and the kids cannot wait. The overall interior: 1972-89. The queen bed is really a small full sized bed, super tiny for a queen. No blanket, only the sheet and a bedspread. Nice things: micro, fridge, shampoo, and plastic cups galore.

Front desk lady was fantastic! So kind and welcoming. But, I got to my room to open the door and have the smell of marijuana poor out. This is a non smoking room might I add. Then I realized window was wide open which made me feel very unsafe. I went up to the front and let her know and she immediately rushed me to another room. I know you get what you pay for but I have never felt so unsafe and do not reccomend anyone ever brings their children here. Again, this review is not of the staff. They are wonderful!

We got this room last minute, looking for something under $200. This fit the bill. The bed was comfortable and the tv was large and good quality. Breakfast was included. It had a make your own waffle, assorted pastries, bagels, English muffins, toast, jam, cream cheese, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Also coffee and juice and cereal. Not bad. The only negative thing was the room felt kind of damp (we were on the ground floor). This hotel is easy walking distance from groceries, booze and restaurants and despite its proximity to the I5, it was quiet.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is not fancy, but my room was nicely appointed and very clean. Bathroom was tiny but spotless and breakfast was a lot more than what we were expecting from a budget motel. They was a computer in the lobby with a printer that you can use, and wifi in my room was excellent. Recommended for everyone who doesn't want to pay more than $100 a night and still feel safe and comfortable.
