Families stay alert: 3rd floor has major creepers on it. So keep your family and kids safe by avoiding this floor. Many creepy male tenants that actually leave their doors open, some do cat-calls for long periods of time, and just insane scary. Whistled like Jack N. would have on The Shinning movie. Please alert the kids that not everyone that looks safe is SAFE. Other than that, Monica rules at the front desk as the rep. She is beyond awesome, and many brag upon her for good reason. She has customer service down pat. If you ever feel afraid Lynnwood Police are just moments away from this location. Call them, they are some of the finest officers that walk the beat.

Very nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and actually seemed like she wanted to help you. Very clean and nice, very quiet. Pretty good breakfast for the price, good grab and go stuff, was not pushy when almost time to check out, overall I had a very nice experience staying at the Extended Stay Lynnwood. Could use a pool or weight room for something extra, more smoking rooms, and the breakfast could be a bit better. Some hot foods possibly. 8.5/10 Very Good overall

Crappy hotel for the money. I might have been happy for half the price. Paper thin walls, bare minimum amenities, tiny TV with bare bones channels. Will never book at an Extended Stay American again. All that said ... the lady at the front desk was warm, caring, and welcoming.

Monica is amazing. Her customer service skills are amazing, that alone is enough to keep anybody coming back!

The top was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff were nice!
