I arrived at the hotel around 9pm for a work trip. I checked in, went to my room and took a shower, and then went to bed. The next morning, I ate breakfast and then checked out. Upon reviewing my credit card bill, I noticed that AmericInn had charged me an additional $30. When I called to ask what this was, I was told that there was a broken lock on my door and that I was charged for it. I never caused any damage to the hotel room, never locked my door in the first place, and was there for less than 12 hours. I was never notified of any damage found in my room and had to make this discovery on my credit card statement by myself. This is incredibly shady and dishonest practice and I will never stay at an AmericInn again if this is how customers are treated.

No issues with the hotel room itself. Clean sheets and rooms were semi modern. My beef would be the prices and then the lack of service for the hotels breakfast along with how the pool was maintained. Breakfast was decent, the only problem was items weren't replenished and by no means did my family stay on a busy weekend nor were we brushing up to when the breakfast shuts down. Additionally, the waterslide was permanently closed when we arrived. No issues with that but the pool area didn't seem very maintained and it was dark in the room itself. (The lights were on). It just made me feel like I was staying somewhere dumpy and for the price, it sure wasn't supposed to be.

When I stayed here the waterslide sauna hot tub pool table we're all not working. The only reason why I got this hotel was because of the amenities that they had offered. Also breakfast was poor excuse for a continental breakfast. The waffle mix was so watered-down that the waffles wouldn't even cook correctly

We had a wonderful stay! Our receptionist went to great lengths to meet our groups needs and was extremely considerate. Clean sleek rooms and a nice pool. Only complaint was the amount of chlorine in the pool, it changed my swim suit color and clung to my skin even after showering. Other than that it was a great stay!

I stayed here over memorial day weekend. There was a big leak and drywall and dirty towels on the floor for 3 days in a main hallway. I said something to the counter people and nothing was done. I called and left a voicemail for the general manager to let her know what was going on. No reply. I called again and spoke to someone who stated they had no maintenance people around. Your staffing is not my problem. The hallway stunk and the mess was unsightly.
