Very clean. Comfortable bed! Nice and affordable! Good staff. I stayed at a place the night before which was twice as much and dirty! I found this place and finished my stay for the week! Great place good staff.  My new home away from home! Lol

GREATHotel, Sam and his Staff have taken care of me at every visit. Clean rooms, Hot breakfast served each morning, and very convenient stay. Highly recommend this quality inn for a quick or long stay in Kimberly!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful front desk employees. The breakfast was just OK. Overall a good experience.

Nice enough place. The staff was very helpful, facilities including the pool, grill area and exercise room - all decent. The breakfast was adequate. PLEASE CHANGE THE COFFEE BRAND/TYPE. There was something that tasted very off about the coffee - tasted like instant. The room was nice for the price - clean. Bathroom tiny, and sink outside - not so nice.

Nice rooms had choice to have overlooking balcony pool side room (no pool access). Pool was warm but the pool area was cold from not having any heaters turned on in their and the glass doors leaked air like crazy had to put towels down to block it. Also had no hot tub as it was under construction so that was a complete bummer so it was pretty much only ideal for the kids. The hallways were cold and then there was a stupid rule about no pool towels past the pool area so none in your room. So you and your kids froze while walking to the 2nd floor to your room.. That really sucked!! Not too happy my kids got sick a week later hmmm... There's a bar right behind it so if your a drinker you dont have to go far. But I did see the police parked between the two buildings multiple times in one night. Also saw they accept special needs k9 assistance animals that that was pretty cool (kids did too!) not many hotels make those exceptions anymore. If you pay cash you need an extra cash deposit for room maintenance if all is good no smoking etc you get it back otherwise a hold on your credit card.
