My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this unique B & B. The owners were very courteous and the stay was excellent. We rented the Franklin Room and the accommodations were great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a double whirlpool tub! The location is just a couple of blocks from College Ave, so we were within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We took advantage of the location and completed a Craft Beer Walk. The breakfasts that we were served were extremely delicious (If I could rate the breakfasts, I would give them 5 stars as well). We got to tour the house and any of the rooms would have been satisfactory. If you have a large group of people, there's a room on the 3rd level that can sleep 7. We will be visiting the Franklin Street Inn again in the future and I hope they don't change a thing. Thank you Keith and Lori!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Franklin Street Inn B & B. It was perfect for our weekend get away. The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The whirl pool tub was great to relax in and it was complimented by the fireplace. The owners were kind and fun to talk to and breakfast was delicious. It was the same price for a hotel room but much nicer, more welcoming and fun. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to spend time in Appleton and needs a place to stay, to relax and enjoy and meet some new people. Thumbs way up !!!

My wife and I stayed at the Franklin Street Inn Bed and Breakfast for a night in January 2018. Overall impressions were phenomenal. Keith and Lori were perfectly cordial and provided us with outstanding service and privacy our entire stay. 

The house has been restored beautifully. The history and architecture were definitely memorable, and the entire house is extremely well kept. Our room was the same way. Everything was of high quality (including the pillows! They had a MyPillow for each of us!). 

Everything was done exactly when they told us it would be (coffee set out upon our request, breakfast at a certain time etc.)

Breakfast was unique and delicious. Keith and Lori went out of their way to make something that we both enjoyed and had never had before. 

I believe they also host some events such as murder mystery parties and other fun group activities!

We both would highly recommend staying here!

So charming!  We took my mom here for her 80th birthday.  We had fun playing charades in the parlor.  Later that day we walked to an Italian restaurant, looking at ice sculptures along the way.  The rooms were beautiful.  We stayed in the Rhodes and Lawrence rooms.  Breakfast was relaxing and delicious.  We loved it here and plan to stay again.

I wanted to do something really special for myself for my 40th birthday last May. I booked a room here and I could not have been more pleased. It turned out I was the only guest that night and I felt completely spoiled. Breakfast I  the morning was amazing and very satisfying. I have plans to stay at a B&B for the rest of my birthdays and I wouldn't be surprised if I booked a room here again!!
