Bed was clean. It's an old building so can't expect much. Cheap price but lots of "characters" hanging out in the parking lot. Good enough for a quick over nighter

For a reasonable place to stay in Fargo, this place is it. I never had issues like others did during my 4 night stay. My room was clean, and smoke free.

If you have a dog that is a service animal expect to receive a very dated urine smelling room. It's the only room they allow dogs in. Rooms are spacious but not updated and are basically falling apart. Also no smoking even though the place looks like it has nicotine coated walls.

If you're traveling alone, and need a cheap night's sleep. This place is alright. Do not bring family too this hell hole.

The room was very nice and clean beautiful flat screen tv. Bathroom a bit small yet cute and cozy. The stay was half way decent with the exception of local hood boogers who can occasionally become a eyesore to the place (a visual reasons as to why many in the parking lot late at night find the place as shelter) other than that a decent stay. The Ghetto Wi-Fi needs some work or is the Ghetto employees need to give up temporary dictatorship of Wi-Fi. dictated services partially funded by hard working customers such such as I. Thank You and may you have a blessed and beautiful start to your day.
