Been here 5 minutes and no one has said a word to me! No "Hello" NOTHING! Rude ass girls. I only gave 1 star because i can't comment without a star, right they deserve-7 stars. As I stand here in the store 7 minutes now and no one has yet to acknowledge me!

Awful experience. Went in last night to help a friend via Western Union and the teller was quite vague on the information I needed. This morning, the recipient had trouble accessing the funds. So I had to play phone tag with Western Union and Amscot to find out Amscot entered my name incorrectly as last name first and first name last. Mind you, I made sure everything on the form was correct. Nothing was double checked with me. They just let that happen and the only way for me to fix it is to go all the way back to that location on behalf of THEIR error. Unfortunately, a waste of time. Convince your friends to get a Paypal.

every time i go there is long lines first time i went i didn't know where to go so i stood in the front employees saw me there for 30min no one said anything until one finally saw i was mad and helped me every time i went back after that one time they have helped me quickly and very polite Alex one of the clerks is very nice and is the one to always cash my check. very happy just not at first.
