Still in process of being built but we still enjoyed it. The monorail ride is coming this summer. We walked the memorial trail and took in the beautiful views. Another restaurant looks like it is also being built. The chair lift was cool. You will need to watch small children because it is exactly like a ski lift with just a bar that comes down. The tree bridge was very nice and well done. We had some good BBQ at the smokehouse grill. Followed that up with some Blue Bell ice cream. Sat in the rockers and took in the amazing view. The price for adults was right at $20 each. Consider the other lift was around $15 I think you get more for your money with this company.

This is a beautiful to place a tribute to fire survival. The nature and sights are amazing. We visited for a nice friends getaway. The lift up and down was nice. They have cabins for kids with younger kids and with stroller. The wait is not bad if you get there first thing in the morning. We went there on a Saturday and were only able to stay there for couple of hours instead of whole day because of strong wind gusts. They had to close the mountain down, but told us to come back the next day for free to enjoy our full day! Management is still adding more activities to the park ( coaster and cafes, Shoppes). They have a beautiful fire pit in the middle with rocking chair for enjoyment. Also, kids can play on a playground. The suspension bridge walk is really nice and SAFE especially for those who is afraid of heights :) We loved every minute of our visit there from check-in, lifts, Shoppes, food, ice cream, views, entertainment and best of all customer service. We will be back.

My family really enjoyed the visit... Nice tree canopy walk, amazing views, and a fun playground for kids. We even enjoyed a dessert in the cafe. It was reasonable and delicious. But... the issue for me was safety! They have 104 chairlifts that do not lock with no safety belt or other safety measure (we have to use a seat belt in cars but not suspended in air??) Yes, there are 6 enclosed gondolas, but you will wait a considerable amount of time to use those. Please add more gondolas or at least add belts on the chairlift. I was not comfortable with my children on those.

THE BEST PULLED PORK SANDWICH IN THE AREA! You will not be disappointed! You have to do the Anakeesta just for that! Everything else about this experience was also worth it. Great information about Gatlinburg. Very cool tree walk too!

The sky lift was so awesome, I'm not a big fan of any height related rides but it was great and when I got to the top, there was a lot to do, like shopping, buy ice cream, zip line, canopy tree walk, and not to mention the view. It was a breathtaking trip. I had a blast and the people were super friendly.
