We walked In weary and anxious hurricane Irma had it's sights set on our home. The girls were cranky. We needed some comfort. We found it here in a leisurely lunch. Ashley gave us 5 star service and have us the that southern comfort that you just can't bottle. In short eleven stars is not enough. The post beam log carpentry is outstanding. You can taste the love in the food. Forever a fan.... our properties and family made it's through just fine. We will return soon....

Overall this is a decent place to eat, with reasonably good food and service. I used to come here mainly for the salad bar which I think has room for improvement. Lettuce was in giant pieces and croutons were stale. Selection was ok, but not better than most typical steakhouse salad bars. Music is very country with fiddles etc. That might be a pro or con if it's your thing. It was not mine. I would still come here again.

Casual lodge atmosphere with decent fare. Salad bar is the highlight of the trip. Wide assortment of veggies and even includes smoked oysters. I had ribs as my entree which were just ok. They were a little dry and not quite fork tender. Overall worth the visit.

Last night my family of four chose to go here and try something new. Service was not up to par. We received our appetizer before we even got our drinks. We had to ask for refills, we had to ask twice for rolls. The waitress never apologized for any inconveniences that we were experiencing. Our waitress just continued to state she had so many tables. If that was the case, where was the help she much needed?! We ordered our food and all that was great. Amazing steaks, great sides, kids were satisfied. The other issue was that the waitress checked on her tables multiple times throughout the evening. I could count on one hand how many times she came to our table and check on us. We had to prompt her. No, we did not leave a tip, she didn't provide us with the type of service we expected, especially with a bill of $112! My husband then went to let the manager know and she had nothing to say either. She said, okay, okay, and turned around and walked away. Again,no apologies for the poor service, what can we do, NOTHING. Needless to say, we won't be back. Food was great, but service was awful.

Came to dinner on our last night here from evacuating from the hurricane. Not impressed with the service. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks. We got & ate our appetizer before we even got our drinks. When we got our food, my husbands steak was cold, and mine was room temperature. Definitely not worth a $27.99 steak.
