Room was very clean and location was excellent. Stayed in room107, sit just above the stream with a beautiful view, for an older condo it was very well kept. Was happy with the price for a two bedroom, two bath condo.

We stayed from 9/2-9/6, 2017 ....we had the best time! There was 11 of us (including 5 grandchildren) that stayed in #404...loved the condo! It was so inviting and spacious! While we were there we had Christine Rich from Rich Blessings Photography met us at Cades Cove for a family photo sessions...we had plenty of room and bathrooms to get up and be ready to leave early (7am)! :) Each bedroom worked so well with the bunk-beds, providing plenty of sleeping arrangements! We prepared several meals in the well supplied kitchen! Plenty of room, even with several cooks in the kitchen! :) Clean up was a breeze with the dishwasher running quietly...we all loved the dinning room table as we all were able to sit around it! The deck was the best...the relaxing views, yet so private, overlooking the stream, complete with a few visits from the pigeons! Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the poolside patio! Each day we enjoyed the walk to downtown Gatlinburg! PS... Arriving back one night in the parking garage, we even saw a bear! Our grand-kids named him"Charlie"! How exciting that was!!! If your looking for a wonderful place to stay, close to downtown, I highly recommend Park Place Condominiums #404 to you! We were so blessed! Thanks!

There is no one on property to handle problems that may arise after 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 A.M. in the morning and no one answers the emergency numbers.

We stayed in room 305 and loved it. Great furnishings, very clean and comfortable!. The view of the stream was super. Very close to the Great Smokey Mountain Park. It was a very short walk to the Gatlinburg Trail and the children played in the mountain stream and hiked. It was a short walk to downtown and the shops. We highly recommend Park Place.

We have stayed at these condo's three times and have been pleased. The rooms are spacious and the location to town is great. They could use some updating and it would have been nice for the pool and hot tub to be open when we were there. We went over Easter and the temps were in the upper 70's lower 80's. Donna was very helpful and nice.
