First conversation, the salesman says he doesn’t know anything about the car. Second, give me about $1500 off trade value. Third, when the vehicle is marked up $2k above market value and I say we are about $2-3k off from total, don’t be rude. Barnett January was the worst car salesmen. It’s negotiation, if you can’t do that, might be tough. If your dealer paid too much for trade that doesn’t increase value. There are larger and equally equipped vehicles and mileage selling for less, same brand, they just happened to be 1.5 hours away not 30 minutes.

My husband and I just purchased a 2017 Cherokee from Don White's jeep. From the moment I contacted them via email, Kayla was extremely responsive and understanding with what we were looking for. When we came in to make a deal work, Kayla introduced us to Megan who was very informative and personable. She was so nice to work with and helped us understand everything with the Jeep so we knew exactly what we were getting. We worked with Justin, the sales manager, who helped us make the perfect deal happen. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received here and the people who work here. Definitely will be recommending Don White to friends and family.

In my opinion they practice false advertising. They begin with advertised price ADD over 300.00. for Document prep and ADD around 1100.00 for what they call freight on used vehicles. Claim it's for cleaning and prep on the vehicle. We expected the normal charges of taxes and tags. A vehicle advertised for 17900. Became very much over 20,000. The unprofessional manager would not budge at all or come out and talk to us. Claimed they spent too much for this vehicle. We didn't feel this was our problem so we walked.

I took my 2015 Dodge Ram to this place to install a remote starter. When I went to pick up the truck I noticed a $50 Miscellaneous charge on my bill. When I asked the cashier about the charge, her response was that it appears on all of our bills and everyone has to pay it. I asked to see the manager but he was not available until the next day and since I refused to pay the $50, they didn't let me take the truck and had me go back the next day. The next day I went back and the service adviser (Derek) who was my best friend the day before now looked at me like his enemy. He almost threw a list in front of me and said these are the supplies that the dealership uses and transfers the cost to the customer. When the manager came he said the same thing. I explained that even though the dealership needs to pay for its cost of doing business, the parts on the list are all nuts and bolts as if I had my engine or transmission repaired but I only had a remote starter installed and none of those were used. He refunded the amount to me. When we went to pick up my truck and try the remote starter we noticed a three to four inch white stain on the driver door (my truck is black). The assistant manager took the truck to their body shop to clean it out but they found out that it is a long chip. The body shop guy said that it is a touch up which it was very strange to me as how is that possible. But crazy me, I took the truck and went to a body shop to get an estimate. When I asked them about the touch up and if the door had been painted they stated that it has not been painted and that it is not a touch up and in fact it's a chip. I took the truck to a Dodge body shop for a second opinion and they said the same thing that it is a chip not a touch up. I scheduled with the service manager (Kevin) to talk. He looked at the chip with his assistant and the assistant still stated that it is a touch up. I asked them how many more shops and estimates will convince them to reconsider their answer. At that point they walked away and told me that " the chip was there when you brought the car in"..Wow.. at this time I have filed a complaint with the office of Attorney General. They may or may not accept responsibility for it but I thought to tell my story. If you really have to go to this dealership, make sure document the condition of your vehicle before leaving and then check your invoice for charges, since it doesn't look like honesty is these people's forte.
