Christine was referred to me by a relative. From start to finish Lafayette did a spectacular job. He worked very hard to get the exact car I wanted in a timely fashion. He has a great attitude and is very friendly. What especially impressed me was his knowledge of the vehicle. My husband and I had been doing research on the 2017 Honda CRV for nearly a year and he still had numerous inside tricks and hints. After going to several dealers to find the best possible price and experience, Anderson Honda proved to fit the bill. Anyone who is looking to buy a Honda... first, go to Anderson, and second, go to Lafayette!

Had an issue with the service department at this dealership (not with the quality of their work, but rather with a pricing/advertising issue) and had originally left a 1-star review. The response by the dealership to explain and correct the issue as a result of this review was beyond impressive, both in level of detail and timeliness. I was impressed enough that it likely saved my future business with them, just shortly after I had decided to write them off. I wish more businesses cared about the quality of their reputation as much as the response I received from Anderson Honda today.

I did a search on True Car just to see what the average price of the car I was interested in buying was going for and I'm so glad I did! The first salesperson who contacted me was Raj from Anderson Honda. He left me a very friendly voicemail and I felt that it was instantly going to be a great experience and I was right! Raj was nothing but helpful and I felt that he was being honest with me and reallly knew what he was talking about! I was very impressed and happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend Anderson Honda! Looking forward to my first service appointment and I have a good feeling it will be just as great of an experience as when I bought the car. Thanks Anderson Honda and Raj. I absolutely love my new car!!

DO NOT take your car here for service! I have had multiple problems here and will definitely not be returning. For one, I brought my car in the replace the screws on my skid plate as they had broken and it was now hanging down. Instead of putting in new screws like they told me they did, they zip tied it to the car. But the biggest issue was when I brought it in for a brake problem. On my drive to work one morning, my brake pedal failed to stop my car when coming up to a red light; I had to use the emergency brake to finally get it to stop. My fiancé drove the car as well and had to consistently use the emergency brake in order to achieve any braking. There was clearly an issue. We took is to this Honda location to have it looked at. This service department told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it-they had driven it and put it up on a lift and couldn't find anything. Not believing them, I took it to my mechanic. Within 30 minutes, he found the problem and fixed it. He said there was absolutely no way this car had been put on a lift because it was obvious as soon as it was up there. Honda sent me off without fixing my car and assuring me it was fine. I could've taken their word and ended up in a serious accident because my brakes did not work. This is why people say never take your car to the dealer.
