The process for getting a price  was fast.  Easy people to deal with. 

 Process of actually getting paid was more cumbersome and I didn't appreciate it.  When they give you a check it's still takes 4 to 5 days to get a confirmation number that you put on the back of the check.   So they have your vehicle for a full 45 days before any cash gets in your hands.  Beyond that the bank put an additional four day hold on the check.   So I am now at 8 to 9 days out with the car gone and I still don't have cash. 

 I understand their business model is to take the car, give you a check but you don't get to cash it  until they've already sold the car and receive their money.  Good for them but not optimal for the seller. 

 Would are use them again ? Maybe.  If I needed the car gone now and I was willing to wait 9 to 10 days for my money I probably would.  If I need cash faster I would just discount and sell on the open market.

Terrible experience.  The advertise instant cash.   Instead, there is a complex verification process required followed by a 2 to 5 day delay before you can deposit the check.  Furthermore,once we understood the process, they did not want to let us out of the transaction.    Not worth the little extra they offered.  There is a reason they had no customers and Carmax had so much traffic.

Cash Money Cars fixes the issue with the check and followed through with me. 
I did not realize my earlier review had gone live. 
I would give 5 stars except for the delay and issue with check. Made 600$ more going to CMC

I was extremely pleased working with the folks at Cash Money Cars to sell my car. The transaction was quick and smooth...I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend CMC to anyone looking to sell their vehicle!

These people know their stuff!  Quick & easy and kind to boot!  I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.  I had an excellent experience in an industry where a five star experience is rare!!
