My check engine light came on in my SRX so I?made an appointment at Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac. I? dealt with Brian Young in the service department. He was really helpful and kept me informed the entire time. The problem ended up being a sensor which they easily fixed. I’m very satisfied.

After a month of searching for a car with no luck, I finally tried looking here. I found the perfect car almost immediately. The sales team was marvelous. This will be my first stop for any future car needs.

We were on a family vacation with our new 2017 Escalade when the brake warning light went off.  We were out of town and looked for the nearest Caddy dealer. Pulled in at 4:45 and was pleasantly greeted. Immediately they tried to offer many ways to help us including a car while trying to diagnose the problem. The service consultant Brian and the service manager George could not be more helpful and thorough. Even though the shop closed they remained after hours to fix the problem and replaced the part. They made us feel like long term clients even though we were passing through town.

If they weren't 7 hours from home, they would be my dealer for sure.  Been a car enthusiast for  45 years and have never had such great service!  My family thanks you!!!

The service team here is great. They go out of your way to be helpful, my advisor always remembers my name and the sales team was just as good when I purchased my new car. Always nice to grab a coffee or soda while you wait and their loaner program is amazing.

I’ve heard amazing things about Frankel & Chesapeake from a few friends. After purchasing from them myself I was not disappointed. David Pfitzinger was such a pleasure. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen.
