Anitas travel has alway done a great job for us on our vacations!! We've went through her for 8 vacations and has always been courteous and professional!! We love them!!

My fiancé and I used this agent to book our honeymoon. We made arrangements to go to the Bahamas but there were so many mistakes along the way. Our first problem was when paying a monthly payment I was informed a month later when trying to make another payment that there was a zip code error with my card, so therefore I was two months behind that I had to catch up on. The second issue was when we made it to the Bahamas the resort The Breezes that was recommended by an employee of the agency. The floors were filthy, the bed sheets were dirty, the appearance was older and there were teens everywhere. It was terrible that my husband and I didn't want to stay in the room. We called Anita and insisted that we move not knowing that we had to pay an extra $500 to move to the Riu. We had to call my mother back in the US to pay for us to move. Once that was complete, we were told that everything was set and we should be able to check in at our new resort with no issues. When we reached the resort we had issues checking in. We were told we had no reservations and to make matters worse I was dreadfully sick on my honeymoon! After an hour and making calls back and forth to the US we were finally able to check in. Once we were settled we were told by Anita that she would pay for our phone bill because of the trouble we've been through. We were able to enjoy what was left of our honeymoon once I became well 3 days after being in the Bahamas. Once we got back, I went to visit Anita to pay for the phone bill as she said she would, only to find out she "meant" she would only pay for the two phone calls made to her. She gave me a check for about $12 for the bill and after that, I left very upset. After this, I would NEVER use this agency again.

I won a free all inclusive trip from sandals resort in Jamaica last October. Anita waited 8 days to notify us for this trip. She then told us the deadline and restrictions to the trip which was completley fine. When we wanted to use the trip almost a year to the date of it expiring she told us it was a no go. Sandals has denied this trip because we waited too long when infact it was Anita who waited to long to book this trip for us. We talked to her 2 weeks before she was able to book the trip and she said she was sure it was good to go so we ordered passports as we didnt have one. We wasted 300.00 for no reason now since we were screwed out of this opportunity. I know at the end of the day she was paid but Sandals for this trip and didnt give us what we won. I will never recommend her to anyone I know. Never will I use her to plan future trips either. Horrible customer service.
