Excellent service... Very helpful staff Wouldn't book my holidays anywhere else

All Staff helpful.Expecially Gemma any information we needed she sorted from booking  to currency & payment card.

Place was a bit run down food could have been better soup was the powdered kind and not much choice 2 for 1 was good swimming pool good but would not go back

Staff rude couldn't get me out quick enough this after spending over 3 grand with them they quick enough try butter up when they selling and don't care about their customers. I also find their lack of basic knowledge including management etc seriously disturbing. Would never purchase a holiday from these people ever again that's for sure

Nice friendly staff here, I have arranged several holiday trips from here. They are knowledgeable and can get great deals.

Assistant didnt give me full information...i payed deposit..then next day told me full balance had do be paid 3days later..if i had known this i wouldn't ov booked...i had to borrow money from family or would ov had to cancell holiday...
