Worked with travelenium to book a trip for Jamaica earlier this year. Our trip was canceled due to COVID. We had a hiccup with the company travelenium used to book our trip  fun jet Mike worked diligently to get out vouchers which to back and forth with fun jet for 11 1/2 months. My friend and I did not get the insurance, we were told if we canceled we would just get a voucher instead of money and I was ok with that since I knew I would be taking a trip regardless. My other friend bought insurance. She had a hard time and had to wait months to get. However she did get her money even tho it took a while. Fun jet kept changing their answers and giving the run around and after research it seems that they do this a lot. Mike worked diligently and we recently received our vouchers to use. Travelenium is great but if you can I would ask then not to use funjet especially since they have a 1.9 rating

My fiance and I used their agent Susan for a trip to Jamaica that involved ten other people and things went great. I contacted her shortly after that about another trip for just me and my fiance and she never contacted me back. Some time had passed since the last time I spoke with her, and since the first time with the large group had gone well, I thought I'd give her another opportunity to help with our honeymoon to the Philippines this coming April. She said she would put some things together for us and get back with me. That was weeks ago and I haven't  heard from her. Guess you're not a preferred customer unless you can bring in BIG commission from a single trip.

Toi was great when booking our honeymoon. She got us a great deal and also made sure we had all the information. She knew what each resort was like and gave us tips.

Valerie at Travelennium is SO easy to work with. She responds very quickly and has a friendly attitude.

Talked to an agent. Explained what I wanted. She said someone would call me back but no one did

Mike was so helpful, and he helped us plan a great anniversary cruise.
