My daughter has been seeing someone in the Occupational Therapy Department for some help. The staff we have met in there have been very welcoming and courteous.

This is by far the worst "medical facility" I have ever been to. The staff are unprofessional and degrading to patients. The whole time I felt like I was in a bizarro world of some sort. If this place were to be inspected tonight it would probably fail. I'm ashamed to see that the superior DUKE even claims to own this hell hole.

Me and my 2 yr old sat in the waiting room almost 1 hr and 30 mins. He had a fever, wheezing and coughing. He was only given Tylenol in the waiting room and was told to wait for a room. Once in the room we waited another 30 mins without being seen and end up leaving. No one knew we had left until I stopped at registration. It is pitiful that people have to wait for so long and be sick. They don't even come in to check on you while waiting. It is ridiculous.

The staff is personable and efficient. The traveling nurses have unique personalities while the hometown nurses are truly invested in community

How can you let someone sit in the waiting room, who needs emergency surgery? Which would result in their death! Something that was so simple that could have been prevented?! Now two children have to grow up motherless! I pray she will have her revenge! You sorry mfers!
