Had first Cataract surgery there a few days ago.  The staff was superb.  Very supportive and assuring.  
Only thing I didn’t understand is why I was asked to arrive 2 hours prior to surgery. 

Would recommend without hesitation

Under staffed, But my NURSES ARE THE BEST,KIND, COURTEOUS,LOYAL, RESPECTFUL,WOMEN I'VE EVER SEEN. LOVE'M ,truly wonderful staff.

I've had two surgeries here a year apart on my right shoulder. I love my surgeon Dr.Wilson and he's done an amazing job and I'm about 90% better although I still have pain which it seems will be with me for life. The first surgery was very stressful because the nurse who came for the IV and prep was in a hurry, and cared nothing for my comfort level when she harshly injected me with novicane before putting the IV in. She had the bedside manor of a rabbit raccoon It scared me (I was already terrified) and my anxiety going in made the whole experience terrible. The second surgery my nurses were great but the nerve block didn't work and I woke up in a massive amount of pain screaming and crying and they wouldn't bring my mother to me even though I was begging. Overall glad for my surgeon but wish he was in a different location.

Absoluty the worst customer service you will receive in the healthcare industry. The organization is non existent.

Been going here since before I left the military. From shoulder surgery to knee replacements, I recommend them to anyone.
