Outstanding Service !!!  I had Anthony Plumbing come out today to do my in home plumbing inspection, per my contract, and Shane was my technician.  He was absolutely wonderful and provided outstanding service.  He listened and answered all  my questions, sent me estimates on work I want to have done in the future and replaced my kitchen faucet.  I know their trucks say "a company you can trust with keys to your home" and that is true.  I had to leave while he was still here and I had no problems with that at all.  I would highly recommend this company and I will always use them going forward. Their prices are very realistic and comparable.

i couldn't be happier with this 5-star service.  Jon and Stephen work wonderfully together and met ALL of my needs installing a new furnace and AC, as well as extra duct system to provide better airflow to the upstairs.  And a new electronic thermostat and showed me all details on how to use it.  they even went above and beyond to fix an issue i had with my basement lights and took the extra time to troubleshoot it to help me out.  i have never had such wonderful service and i already feel like these guys are like family and i would trust them with any issue i might be having in all areas.  If you want someone who knows what they are doing and truly care about helping you, choose Anthony's and these guys!

Many companies have the technical ability to help us but it has always been the way they treat their customers that make the difference.  This time, the Anthony's technician, Dre hit the mark.  He was warm, courteous, patient and efficient.  He did a thorough and  complete job with our tune up.  He was respectful of our home. More important, he made my Mother feel like he was pleased to be here and appreciated  having our business.  Service providers please note: when you are coming into our homes; Competent AND Courteous go a VERY long way.  Thank you Dre and Thank you Anthony's.

Ron and another tech came out to install the new furnace and air conditioner. They did a wonderful job cleaned up any mess and walked me through what was done. I was very satisfied with the service and their friendliness and making sure I understood everything. From start to finish I have been impressed with the way everything was handled no pressure. I will definitely refer Anthony to friends and relatives.

You will see some reviews here and on Yelp complaining about high prices.  Yes, Anthony is not the lowest-priced company out there.  They do cost a lot compared to some other companies, or a guy working out of his own F-250.  But their prices are pretty much the same as, or less expensive than, those of other big companies.  And with Anthony, you get what you pay for, just like a Lexus costs more than a Camry.  What you get with Anthony is:

• Top-quality work even on very complex jobs.

• Workers who "go the extra mile" to do the job in the best possible way, not the cheapest or easiest way, 

• A helpline that connects you to a real, live person 24 hours a day.

• A company that will send someone out to fix a problem the day you call, not tomorrow or a week later.

• People that do what it takes to get it right and make sure you're happy with their work.

• A year of 24/7 warranty work at no extra charge.

That convenience and peace of mind is worth a lot to me.  Maybe it's not worth so much to you, in which case you have plenty of other options.   For my money, I'll go with Anthony every time.  Here are some of the things they did for me:

• Had two plumbers work past midnight to finish a job they had said would be a one-day job, instead of leaving and coming back the next day.  I couldn't believe it.

• Installed our new gas stove at no extra charge, as part of a big project converting our house from electric heat to propane.  This included modifying an existing gas line and bringing in an appliance specialist from another company to convert the stove over to propane, since they don't usually convert stoves and wanted to make sure the job was done by an experienced professional.

• Coordinated directly with the propane company to make sure everything went smoothly and we had gas ready when our new furnace and water heater were ready for it, instead of asking me to go back and forth like a messenger between the two companies.

• Came back three times within two weeks following the initial project to make sure everything was working optimally.  This included adjusting HVAC airflow and measuring heat output at each register to make sure each room in our house was being heated evenly, and making adjustments so the gas line didn't block our stove from fitting flush against the kitchen wall. 

Of course, each time Anthony sends someone to your house, you get an email showing who the person is, with a photo and an introduction.  And the same person comes back to make any adjustments if necessary, so you don't have to deal with a new person unfamiliar with everything that happened before.

This is a long review, so I'll sum it up by saying that for your money, Anthony gives you quality, support, and peace of mind.  You can decide if you feel like paying for that.
