Our technician Greg Peterson was excellent.  Knowing that we are selling our house, he was careful by putting "booties" to cover his shoes.  He had to pull a machine through our house to clean the main sewer line but before he did he put covers on the wheels too.   He was very kind and respected the cleanliness of our home.

Greg was very detailed and explained exactly what he was going to do and the process for cleaning the main sewer line.  After cleaning the sewer line, he showed me the debris (tree roots) that were in the mainline.  Once he was done he made sure the area he was working was cleaned and back the way it was.  I was very impressed with the service we received.   

Thanks Greg and based upon the service we received today we will certainly be calling Bob Hamilton for our future plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Bob Hamilton.  They were a referral to me and came in a timely manor.  They were very patient with me when I needed more information understanding the problem.  Zach was very informative and comfortably professional. I anticipated a lot of stress with this problem and it ended up being a much smaller problem that I expected.  It was a stress free resolution and I was confident the diagnosis was accurate.  I will feel confident contacting Zach again and giving him referrals in the future.

I bought a house last year that was built in the ‘40s and remodeled in the last 10-15 years. I’ve always had an issue with the electrical. I was very happy to find that Bob Hamilton has expanded to have an electrical department managed by a valued, long term employee, Sam Drake. Sam took my concerns and assigned the task of sorting out my many problems to Billy Trent. What a great experience it was to have a polite, intelligent electrician come and solve the problems of lights that flicker, outlets that didn’t work; many code violations were brought up to code and he installed a be hardwired smoke detector in the basement where there was none. I was so pleased with all of his work. I would recommend this new division of Bob Hamilton to anyone that is in need of electrical work being done. Great Service!

All the guys who helped diagnose the issue, plus do the actual work on the plumbing were amazing, professional, and timely. Had everything fully explained, and were kept up to date on all issues. Eddy was INCREDIBLE. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me a quote, ran into serious issues which would cost more, but stuck by their quote and didn’t charge me a penny more. Great company, great guys, great experience even with such a costly issue.

Jeff and James were our installers and they were wonderful! Got here on time, were very friendly and professional, kept everything clean/cleaned up after their work was done, explained everything they were doing in detail so we could understand it all, answered all of our questions, were very thorough, and fixed all the issues we had been having with our old system. Got our new system up and running with no issues, explained our new thermostat so we know how to run it, and made sure we were happy with the install. We would recommend these guys to anyone any day! :)
