Cody introduced his self when I opened the door to let him in and explained what he was here to do.He did a thorough check of our furnace and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was very respectful, courteous, and kind.

The plumber showed up on time and we discussed the issue and he performed service on a clogged drain for the Ac condensation as was able to clear it. Very nice clean cut intelligent man. Enjoyed the experience and may use them in the near future for more extensive work.

Dan with Dick Ray Master Plumber Heating and Cooling was awesome! I have an older home with original plumbing. After reviewing why the bathroom tub was not draining, Dan quoted me a price to replace part of the plumbing. The price was fair, and he did a great job. He even  washed down the basement floor after completing the job! I highly recommend this company!
