I wanted to take a special time out to appreciate a special member of the Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning company - Larry. 

Larry was absolutely exceptional at the quality of service he provided to me, going far and beyond my satisfaction. He gave me a thorough understanding of my current condition and options to help me have a cost-savings and enjoyable experience with heating in my home. 

You could tell he was very passionate about the work he did. With Larry from Polestar, I can very much and confidently tell you that you're in great hands.

Superb service - knowledgeable people, very polite.  Did a great job and cleaned up afterward.  Kept us advised of the progress as they went along. 
 Highly recommend them and will use again in the future.  Thanks very much for the outstanding work.

Tyler and Eric replaced my toilet and kitchen faucet.  They were very nice and professional. When I called, they came within 2 hours, they also told me how much it was going to cost before they started.  A little high, but you know if you can't do it yourself then pay the piper.  They did a great job, and cleaned up their mess.  I have and I will use them again.  Thanks guys for a job well done.

I have never written a review before, but this time it merits one. I called Polestar for a furnace check, and they sent Manny out.  Not only was he very knowledgeable and informative, he was very polite and courteous, and really just a very nice person. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and he explained how the thermostat worked (electric vs gas) for heat. He did an excellent job. He was by far the best technician to ever do any work at my house.  I will never use anyone but Polestar from here on out, as they are the best.  People if you want a company that has people that know what they are doing, then call Polestar.   Plus they are reasonable rates.  They are worth every penny you spend

We had our sump pump replaced and the team of guys were both quick and knowledgeable. The warranty on our part is excellent, better than most.  We had to call for service on the same part 18 months later and we're impressed by the personal care and service provided.  You pay for what you get, Pole Star went above and beyond to fix our problem and make sure it won't happen again.  Thanks!
