I've used A-1 Sewer three times over about a three year time frame.  Each time was a wonderful experience.  All three times they were able to come out the same day I called.  All three men were professional, thorough, and nice.  My problems were all completely fixed the first time out and with a reasonable price.  I'm sure if I called around I could find someone cheaper but I doubt if they would be able to provide the level of service and peace of mind that I have with A-1.

Cannot recommend this company enough!! After moving into our first home last week, we came home from Easter Sunday church service to find a kitchen sink/sewer back up. We called A-1 after a great recommendation from our neighbor (whom has used A-1 for years at all of his rental properties). From the get go, they were so helpful. Chuck was here within an hour and he was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was also happy & kind, which goes a long way. Chuck did a fabulous job and our problem was completely resolved. If you're looking for an HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and RELIABLE sewer & septic company, A-1 should be your first choice. Thank you so much!

They were able to work me in the day I called, even though I didn't have an emergency.  Phone customer service was excellent.  The technician was excellent, as well. He took his time and explained everything to me. He installed my faucet and removed a jam in the garbage disposal.  He went above and beyond. Thank you A-1. I highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service and rates.

I would recommend them to everyone. They came through when the 1st Plummer I called canceled on my and told me it would be 2 or 3 days before they could get me rescheduled. Called A-1 they said yes they could come out to give them a few hours. I was fine with that. Within 20 minutes they called to tell me a technician would be here in 20 minutes. Ross showed up and was nice and friendly. The nice lady at the office ( wish I could remember her name) helped me with my warranty company. I will use A-1 in the future. Thanks A-1 for going above and beyond to help me.

Our sewer backed up around 3:00 pm. I called A - 1 around 3:30 and asked if they could get someone out to our house yet that afternoon. They said they could, and would call back to let us know when they could get out to our house. I was good with that, because my main concern at that point was getting a commitment that someone would be out that day. I got another call around 4:30 to let us know that their guy would be arriving around 5:00. Their serviceman, Mitch, arrived right at 5:00 as scheduled. He analyzed the problem, determined the solution, and took care of getting our sewer line cleared of the blockage. That all happened a week ago today, and everything has been working fine since. Our biggest concern when our sewer backed up, was that, due to the time of day, we would have to live without using our sinks or toilets until the next day. A - 1 took care of business for us, so that didn't happen. Thanks Mitch, and thanks to A - 1 for getting us back to normal in short order.
