What a GREAT experience! Both sides of my kitchen sink was plugged. I had tried a couple of things to unclog it myself and figured that it was too far down the line for me to handle. I called and scheduled an appointment and was able to receive same day service! Lee, the technician was prompt, polite and very tidy. I told him what I had run through the garbage disposal and we agreed that I made a few mistakes. He made a couple of great suggestions to avoid future issues. I'd never hesitate to call on Roto-Rooter again if the need arises.

Really good experience. The technician, Keith, was friendly and knowledgeable. It was awesome to have someone who had made a career out of this work rather than a kid just passing through. After Keith rooted the main drain his colleague Richard came out and ran a camera down it to make sure it was clean and to diagnose and make recommendations to avoid future issues. I was well pleased with the entire process!

On Super Bowl Sunday the worst happened – our water heater went out! As first-time home owners we were clueless to anything water heater related but were willing to learn. Fred #0559 was the first technician to come out. He was great! Very friendly. He relit the pilot light on our water heater and even showed my husband step-by-step how to relight it if it went out again. Unfortunately, we ended up having to change the whole burner unit and thermostat on our water heater. But throughout the whole process Fred was personable, friendly, educational, and most importantly, fair in pricing. After installing everything we were good to go. It worked for 1 day and then the pilot light went out again. Since it was Fred’s day off, Chris #3568 came by to take a look. He pulled back out the burner unit, vacuumed out any debris, and verified everything was hooked back up correctly. The best part was that he honored the $350 investment we had already made and didn’t charge us a dime for that visit! Happy to say that our water heater is still running smoothly a month later. Chris was also very friendly, personable, and educational. For any plumbing services we need in the future, my husband and I both feel that we have two people we can trust in the business. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Chris (3568) and Blake were timely, kind and professional. They did all they could to  give me an estimate instead of guessing (because technically they need to take things apart to get a true reading of the true cost). However, they were able to look closely and let me know a ballpark figure before I signed anything. They didn't have the part on the truck, but they found it at a local store quickly, came right back and installed it. Plumbing in general is kind of expensive, but the peace of mind of having it done right was worth it (we had the faucet fixed before but the guy didn't do it right which is why I called Roto-rooter).

They were timely and so workable with my time limitations of needing to have work done and my work schedule. They were very straight forward and honest. Got the job done promptly and I feel very confident in their work. Will use again!
