This is a really nice Anthropologie location. It has so many selections and friendly help. I really appreciate the fairly tall ceilings and good lighting. My only complaint would be the messy sale section. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend a visit to this location.

Huge Anthro customer and am usually in love with my visits to the King of Prussia location. Recently purchased some home goods through a younger girl with glasses in their home department, unfortunately instead of processing the order as "order away", the transaction had to be nulled through customer service after realizing I never received a shipping confirmation. If you're going to order furniture in-store, make sure to hunt down a seasoned and confident employee. Unfortunately went with a chair from West Elm instead for this particular purchase. Would still return to this store, as their selection is ENORMOUS and their staff can be a delight (ask for Wents in the fitting room!).

This is a giant Anthro store-- the sale section is INSANE both in volume and intensity/volume of crazed shoppers. The staff were so helpful. Don't want to go to any other Anthro again!

I called the King of Prussia store on Sat., Nov. 25th and spoke to Ashley (?) a sales associate who was very pleasant.  She took time to find the item I was looking for and it being the only one available and there were no others svailable in any stores and was backordered until Feb.  I asked her if I could purchase it over the phone with a credit card & woukd pick it up in a few days.  She was not sure if that could be done but said she would have a manager call back.  I did receive a call back from (Kelly?) saying they can take a cc and ship the item.  I was thrilled!  She said they were too busy now but assured she would call me back in a little while.  I received no call back.  I called again on Sun. Morning and was told they were too busy to do it Sat. But assured me the girl that could do it today and would call me back in about 20 min.  Again no one called!  I came to the conclusion on Monday evening when I still did not receive a call back that my order (a $100 blanket) was not a priority to them.  I was a huge Anthropologie customer but this has put a poor taste in my mouth.  I went to Pottery Barn and found a similar one.  It’s just sad that customer service is not important anymore!
