Prices are rather high. $11 for a single pair of underwear?!?
But decent selection of both styles and sizes, especially for the larger of us.
Staff is always friendly and ready to help without being pushy.
Stores look clean and well stocked.

Unbelievable service.  Ask for David - he provides a true style consultant experience.  It has gotten to a point where I trust him so much I purchase what he advise, sight unseen.  I love this DXL location and refuse to buy clothes anywhere else.
