I had such a lovely experience wedding dress shopping. The minute I walked in someone was there to help me. Betty was so welcoming and really pleasant. She listened to my needs and wrote down what I asked and offered up other better ideas.

The first time I came to this store I was alone with my 5 year old brother, I was told in a very rude manner that he could not be in the store while I was dress shopping because men aren't allowed. The second time I came back to this store location I found a dress that i adored, however it was a size too big, when I asked an employee if I could order it in my size she said to me "are you sure you can fit in that" after continuously arguing with this employee, another came and order my dress for me. After waiting a month to get my dress I was called in for an alterations appointment at 5 o'clock, I sat in that store for 2 hours waiting to be called for my appointment. Finally, I get to try on my dress, (it was strapless), I asked how much would it be to get straps put onto a $700 dress, it costs $250, I paid the money but when I recieved my dress 3 weeks later, the were thin measly straps, twisted, and done very unprofessionally, and when I asked for someone to fix them, I was told "well you already paid so there's nothing we can do about that". This store was absolutely horrible, DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE MONEY HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE JUST AS TERRIBLE AR THEIR WORK!

I went to Formals XO this morning in a complete panic, trying to get a dress for Hair Of the Dog tonight. With an armful of dresses and little hope, I locked myself into a fitting room and said some prayers. Thankfully, they were answered when Betty knocked on my door! She was very polite and ready to help. We worked out what size I needed, what length I was looking for, and what fit looked best on me. With her expertise, I was in and out of the store within an hour! Keith at the front was equally helpful with the checkout process. If you’re looking for a dress for a formal event, please give this place a shot! Know that as the day goes on, the lines will be longer, but that the staff is super helpful and the wait will be well worth it!

Formals XO has a great selection and the staff is super helpful! this year while prom dress shopping I found the dress I wanted but I wanted it in a different color the problem was the color I wanted was limited addition and Sherri Hill only made 50!! Betty was able to pull a ton of strings and because of her connections get me the dress I really wanted! I will definitely come back to Formals XO in the future when I need more dresses!

I have spent a boatload of money in this store for my daughters prom. She goes to the store today for a dress and was accosted by the manager telling her she was too old to be shopping there, she should go to Nordstrom. Who does that?? She was literally screaming at her in a voice so loud and threatening her fiance grabbed her hand and lead her from the store. Xo should do better screenings before hiring. Disgusted
