Was helped by Mohammed and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Jerome also chipped in. I've worked in retail and hopefully BR management recognizes and rewards talent, cause I'll go out of my way to visit the KOP location after such a pleasant experience.

Love the customer service!!!!!!! I had the pleasure of being helped by Bruce (cool dude ) . I’m a picky shopper and I loved the fact that Bruce didn’t try and sell me everything, he let me take my time , offered suggestions and his honest opinion,  so I’ll definitely be coming back.

Shopping at king of prussia banana republic today, This is what I have experienced the worst of banana republic service. I stop around 7:40pm, There were two lady working there, The white lady was very kind and nice, the black lady was rushing everything prepare to go off work, and my wife was trying clothes in fitting room, she powered knocking the door and not saying anything in politeness. She yell my wife to take out the clothes that she don't want, And my wife said she will bring it out, she is wearing dress. And couple mins later, The black lady show up again and heavy knock on the door one more times and tell her hurry up?
