I have loved this place from the minute I walked through the doors. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. I have to admit I'm a little intimidated by gyms, but my niece recommended this gym to me and said I would love it. She was right. The staff took time with me, answered all my questions, showed me how to use the machines, and gave me a wonderful tour of the facility. I also found the other members to be very friendly as well. They ask me how I'm doing, if I need any help, and joke with me too. I would recommend this gym to any of my friends and family. Our health is so important. Having a warm and safe place to exercise and stay strong is essential for us all. God bless.

I like this place. Cool, laid-back, and a little Old-School, the way I like it. I was visiting my cousin for a few days and decided to get a little work out in. The people who workout there were cool. Met a couple of the trainers too. They gave me some good tips I've been using since. I added on some muscle doing what they told me. So they must know what they're doing lol. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Definitely a cool joint. I've been working out in gyms most of my life, from the Bronx to Philly to Delaware. I know what I like and I know what I don't like. I definitely love the fact their dumbbells go up to 160. I like to powerlift, so that's perfect for me. They have a few Bumper Plates the trainers use. Their main guy Shaw let me use them. I told him to get a few more of the Bumper Plates cause guys like me love them. He said no problem and ordered them right then. Lady in the office was nice. Asked me a lot of questions. Another trainer worked me out a little, gave me some good tips too. I got to say that was new for me. Most office folks just want the money lol and a lot of trainers I find unimpressive. These guys know their stuff though. The members were cool. Nobody got salty when you wanted to work in. Everyone was chill with each other. I'm a definitely come back. I'm recommending it to my Delaware peeps too.

Seems like there's more of an older crowd here then the one in chadds Ford but everyone was friendly. However, the equipment definitely needs to be updated, some of it was broken or the instructions were not clear. Also there's a bunch of rules taped on the walls of the gym. It's closer for me but the one in chadds Ford is a little better.

I've been working out at gyms since I was 15 and I've got to say I really like this gym! It's quaint. Reminds me a little of the gyms I went to when I was in college. I've been thinking about doing a bodybuilding competition for awhile now and was visiting my aunt in Delaware. One of my cousins recommended the place. His homie trained with Shaw and won all his categories at a show and he said the owner Saiid was one of the best pro's in the game. So I checked it out. He was right. Shaw was super knowledgeable and gave me some tips I'm working on now, and Saiid was cool. The gym has all the basics for things I like to use. The people were friendly and the lady who runs the office was very sweet. Kind of reminded me of my aunty. Yeah I'd definitely recommend this joint.
