EVERYTHING IS GREAT UNLESS YOU MOVE OUT OF STATE TO WHERE THERE IS NO ANYTIME FITNESS AND YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!!!! BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FROM NOVEMBER 2016!!! STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME!!!! THEY ARE UNORGANIZED, IRRESPONSIBLE, TRYING TO CHARGE PEOPLE AGAINST THE LAW, NEVER RETURNING CALL S AS THEY SAY, NEVER RETURNING EMAIL!!!!!!! DOOO NOOOT USE THEM!!!! I love the fact that you can go there anytime of the day. The place is always clean and all the equipment works perfectly

I was going to sign up here, but got the worst customer service of my life!! When I got to the gym there was no one behind the front counter, but I could see the manager, an older blond guy, in the back talking to a couple. I walked around, checked things out a bit then walked back over to where he was. He waved at me and asked me if I needed some help, and I was like yeah, I'd like to sign up, so he says I'll be right with you. Then he proceeds to shoot the breeze with these people for another ten minutes, while I'm sitting right there waiting! I think no big deal I'll just go get my coffee and finish it. I come back in and sit there another 10 minutes waiting, STILL nothing. At this point another person comes in and joins the couple and the manager, and they are laughing and telling jokes and catching up on gossip and who knows what. After about 20 or 30 minutes I just got up and left, this place has lost my business forever!! Awesome way to treat potential customers you guys are really on to something!!

Great variety of equipment. Nice place to do any workout. Not very crowded even after 5pm.
