I went to Genius Bar to do the battery check and was informed to eligible to change a battery. There was a tiny crack on my phone and was told it could be a low chance the crack would be enlarged. When I came to pick up my phone i was informed the screen was totally crack and could not even see anything. So i was forced to change a new screen with charge additional $149. Is that apple store's new strategy? I am so dissatisfied and disappointment about this apple store.

This review is not just regarding this Apple Store. It's to all the Apple stores. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE APPOINTMENT TIME. Whenever my appointment time is, they are always at least 40mins late. After you check in, they just leave you sit somewhere. If people can't be on time, what's the point of making appointment?

I called to make an appointment to replace my battery after having Apple customer support run a diagnostic over the phone. I was told by a rude associate that I could not schedule an appointment at this location via phone and would need to go online.

I then asked if the battery was in stock for my particular iPhone. Of course I would want to know if it is available before making the trip. The associate stated that she could not release any information on inventory, as parts are on a first-come-first serve basis. Then why do I need an appointment for servicing at all?

I will be taking my business to a local Apple-certified service shop instead.

Destiny helped us purchase a new iPad after our old one expired. She was wonderful! A very positive experience.

I was there an hr ago, first guy I asked has terrible attitude when I asked for iPhone x. Then I ask him again if I want to buy iPhone 8, he just told me to speak with another guy at the entrance. Second person is nice and I end up getting an I-x, and an I-8.
