Good. Packed a lot. Just walk up and ask someone for what you want. Know what you want before you get there. Get accessories on Amazon from reputable sellers. :) or from the store if you don’t end to search for them online.

Honestly, I’m very confused about many of these bad reviews. No matter how many “apple products you own,” it sounds like to me that the stores are doing the best they can to accommodate a bunch of picky customers that are demanding to be helped within a second of arriving there. That being said, I came into the Burlington Mall Apple Store with my mother and two sons on Sunday, January the 14th. We did not make appointments to see the Geniuses at the Genius Bar, just popped in to see what the wait time would look like. My mother, who is 84 years old, was obviously not too keen on waiting around in a store for too long. We were greeted by an employee at the front, I believe her name was Amy, who let us know that there was actually a person designated to order batteries for phones that needed their battery repaired. Amy was extremely helpful and guided us over to a table where we were to wait for approximately 15-20 minutes, as there were already people in front of us. Fine, no problem. Another employee got my mother a chair to sit in and my boys were more than happy to play on the computers. Maybe five minutes later we were greeted by another employee, Kim, who said she was here to help us. We lined all of our phones up, totaling 3 iPhone 6’s and my mother’s iPhone 6SE, and Kim tested each one. She explained to me that my boys’ batteries in their iPhone 6’s were consumed, meaning below what they would consider to be good for daily operations, which was no surprise to me, the only time I get them to look up from Minecraft is dinner time. She tested my mother’s 6SE and found out that hers was actually a free replacement because she was still in warranty, and her battery was below 80%. My phone, however, the battery was still above 90%, and Kim recommended some fixes with the applications running in the background. Since then, my battery has been holding its charge and I haven’t had to do any replacement! Kim was very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She really knew her stuff. Working with Amy and Kim made my experience coming into the store seamless and worthwhile. Always a pleasure to work with two powerhouse ladies in the technology field. From one engineer to hopefully two others, rock on ladies!

some of the sales people lack the patience to listen to customers' problems otherwise the majority are pleasant, knowledgeable & very helpful and honest.

I’ve purchased numerous items to include 12 computers 3 Apple watches 10-20 I phones for my businesses. This is by far the worst serviced Apple retailer I’ve ever dealt with. My Apple Watch fell apart during a buisness meeting... brought it in for repair at 6:30 and the manager told me they can’t do anything for me till Next wednesday. That’s 6 days from now. What ass backwards reality is that? They clearly do not care about there customers. Never again will I purchase anything but necessities from Apple with this kind of service.

Had to seek the attention of the greeter instead of being met. He was rather sullen. Genius bar had been removed. Not the service I have come to expect at an Apple store.
