Stop in for a second to grab 1 thing . No help at the entrance I'm looking around all the help was chatting or busy doing nothing. What I wanted was at far back corner. So no help around so I look around a few isles till I find what I need. Dash up front because no one around any registers. Get to front and one guy and a woman customer slower then dripping water. Finally rang me up so I could hit the road. Normally this store does me right for the most part. I wanted to hit another best buy but had doubled back half hour out of my way because I didn't want to chance the other store not being open it was to close to call. I was in there 10 or 15 minutes to long and when your in a rush and on a mission time is everything

Ran in to buy a USB-to-Ethernet adapter. As is generally the case at Best Buy, what they had on the shelf was their house brand only making it so they aren't required to price match against anyone else. I ended up paying double what I could get a functionally equivalent part for from Amazon. In my case I was in a hurry and needed the part immediately, but if you have the option of not needing something the same day you can always get better prices buying from Amazon for pretty much everything Best Buy sells.

Helpful staff. Found exactly what my son was looking for. Also ordered another item to be shipped when they were out of stock. We had to return the shipped item because it was the wrong size (not employees fault) and it was totally hassle free. Great location.

Knowledgeable staff and great selection. Really appreciate being able to see what I'm purchasing before I get it and the convenience of being able to return merchandise locally. They even price match.

Still a great place to visit to see and experience the latest in tech products. We came in for good watch and received amazing service from the sales team. We were all very happy with the experience and will definitely pop in again.
