My daughter's rear camera on her iPhone isn't working, so we took it into this location to get some advice. The employee we spoke to wouldn't look at it at all, he told us to make an appointment. I just wanted to know if it was fixable, no other retailer would outright refuse such a simple service. Very elitist atmosphere, you would think they were NASA engineers the way they carry themselves.

I went with the home button of my brand new IPhone 7 craked. I was told that it was a 1 1/2 waiting list and it would cost $150. After less than an hour the technician came to me, she was so nice and her customer service was excellent and like if that was not enough they cover the fee and I paid nothing. The store was full but all the workers were focused in their jobs and all the customer seemed to be happy.

Listen don't buy a Apple phone. My wife has gone back there 3 times for the same issue with a phone that is a month old. All they do is put a bandaid on it and send you on your way, and if you have been to this location you will understand the stress it will cause you. It super busy people everywhere. No cool!! I have a android, I have a issue they send a phone no question asked.

Worst customer service ever. They would not replace my 7 plus that has touch issues and freezes. Instead they wanted to send it put for mother board repair which would take 7 to 10 business days. I have to leave the state by monday and I can't be without my phone. After they ran the diagnostic they said that they had to send it out instead of just simply swapping it and getting me out of the door. The manager acted like he didn't care as well. I was always told apple had the best customer sevice out there but clearly I was misinformed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!

The workshops are great!!! The staff is very friendly and caring. I went for 1 workshop and I ended up taking three. I learned a lot. Great experience!
