A perfect place to get all your devices! From home electronics, laptops and mobile phones. You can find good deals here and staff are friendly too. Perfect place to shop! And it is close to The Mall at Millenia and Costco. Also close to numerous restaurants and shopping district.

The Geek Squad department there is phenomenal! German , the manager, took care of my issue and went above and beyond the scope of his abilities to make sure I was taken care of. I had an issue with my PC and he resolved it as best he could. Rob , one of the Geek Squad team members, even came out to apologize for any delays and inconvenience. I must say they have continued to perform far beyond my expectations and have earned a life long customer. Thank You guys.

My experience at the Millenia mall was great. i went there looking to get somethings for my new business. i was greeted with a friendly smile and a helper to the questions i had. i was told also about price matching and other things i didn't know about best buy. i got what i needed and it was right on time.

My husband and I went into this location about a week ago with the intentions of buying either a roku stick or an Amazon fire stick. We went to Wal-Mart before best buy but the employees there had no idea what products they were selling nor could they tell me the refund policy on these products. They didn't seem to care if they made a sale or not. Anyways, a gentlemen by the name of Andrew answered all of our questions and helped us with the choosing of our product. He didn't leave until we were confident enough to choose from the multiple products they had. Thank you Andrew for our help!!!! We will come to this store just for the customer service.
