I arrived at 4:45 and my appointment was set at 5:20. I had to wait till 5:05 pm to sign in. I seen at least 4 techs before I was serviced. The environment was comfortable and the techs was very polite. I would say this store is one of the best Apple stores I have been to. The one less star is for certain items are unavailable at this location.

I went here on a Sunday around 11:30 and was immediately helped by someone. The store itself is in a warehouse and looks pretty cool/ very brooklyn. I was able to get my screen replaced and it took about two hours. The Apple store is right off the L train and there is plenty of stuff to eat nearby while you wait. The store has an open floor plan and there is an additional side room with speakers, kids stuff, accessories, and fitness stuff. The main room has the rest of the products and a wall with all of the phone cases. I would recommend this store if you live off the L train!

Went there spent an hour waiting and explaining what’s wrong with my phone and it’s not working properly, and i’ve had this phone less than e year since i updated the new version of IOS, and after all that they just told me i should try and set it up as new phone, what a genius idea why i didn’t think of that before. Genius Bar ? Anything except Genius Terrible service

I want to give -5 stars if I can. In short, I visited this place more than 5 times (can 't even remember exactly) for the last 6 weeks, because no one provided me correct information on what's going on with my phone. The management is terrible -- no one is responsible for wrong advice (only apologize after 6 weeks for their mistakes), as far as they followed the "procedures." Not client oriented at all, not interested in fixing the problems, but following procedures.

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars! So it goes like this: I went in to bring my phone which I had for way less than a year. The battery would drain rabidly once I am out in cold weather and eventually would shut off with no chance of recovering. Their employee joked ironically, because this is how we roll in WillyB, that I brought my phone in so I could get the new one for free! I said I brought my phone in because I spend a fortune on it and it is not doing what it is supposed to do: Work! He went on and tested the phone and came to conclusion that my phone had no issues! My phone today, due to the constant cold is unusable. Funny enough it always shuts off when I have an emergency and I am out!. I have been a proud owner of multiple apple products, a returning customer for over 10 years. This was the last stroke!
