I got a to-go order here, and bartenders who helped me were very friendly. Was NCAA final four and they were busy, but they found time to take good care of me. Nothing fancy here, but you know what you’re getting. Good enough, as far as chain restaurants go. And, as mentioned, service was good- which can’t be said for all chain restaurants.

Still great service! Changed menu again. Had soup and sandwich. If I wanted to spend the price of what I wanted on the menu I would go somewhere else. Very disappointed in the food they have to offer now. Forever changing the menu. Use to eat there ever Sunday and once or twice a week. Was my favorite chain restaurant. Time to move on. Really sad. Again still great service. Poor upper management running the chain. Oh well that's the norm these days. So Long Applebee's.

Most Applebee's are the same. You Kind of know what to expect.  This was no different.  Enjoyable atmosphere,  good service and a reasonably priced meal.  I found the wait staff to be quite likeable and professional.  The restaurant was clean ( a must for me) and the meal was served quickly.

I came here a few weeks ago with my very good friend and it was a pretty early dinner. The bartender was our waitress she had blonde hair on the shorter side she was just marvelous. I ordered the grilled chicken with herb butter, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. The kitchen put the butter I like on my friends plate but our waitress fixed the issue right away. The food was to die for!!! The chicken was tender and flavorful. My broccoli was steamed to perfection with just that little bit of crunch it tasted very fresh. The potatoes were spot on in terms of flavor and creaminess. The only issue I had was not ordering this dish immediately again I loved it I could just make myself sick eating this too much. Service here was expedient, friendly, and very on top of things. The brunette hostess however kept talking on and on about how poorly her day was blah blah blah. Shut up hostess. We were sitting right there she should have been more aware of her surroundings. Really put a damper on our conversation we couldn’t even keep a conversation going long enough before being interrupted by this clumsy hostess. If I wasn’t so in love with my dish I would have called over a manager to remove her and take her place until we left. Anyhow compliments to the chefs you had working at the time and to your bartender.

Great food. Wait time can be excessive. Seems like the word team may need to be used more. Good service once your seated and very friendly staff.
