I don't love the food, but my daughter does. The price is fairly cheap and the pizza selection was good. Everything was clean. When we left they have a new rule that you have to clean your own tables, which I believe should lower the price since they aren't required to bus. Lastly,  as we left they didn't say goodbye or have a nice night or anything.

Hilarious! Don't get me wrong, I fully realize that I shouldn't expect much from a pizza buffet. Cheap price=cheap product. I get it. But I had to write a review as I sit here people watching (which was worth the 6.99 or whatever I played). There are at least 40 people in here. 15 or more, at any given moment are just standing slack jawed and mouth breathing in front of the barren wasteland that is the buffet. I've been here for 15 minutes (I realized I should've brought earplugs by the second minute) and they've produced 1 pizza and some bread sticks. Those were ransacked within seconds leaving the buffet empty yet again and leaving the other 10 people patiently awaiting their turn at the trough to look like a homeless man staring in the honey baked ham window on a cold December night. And so the cycle goes. Every 5 minutes or so one pizza comes up 2 people pile their plates high and a dozen or more just continue to stand there breathing heavily thru a gaping maw. This is people watching at it's prime.... if you bring headphones and a good soundtrack to drown out the out of control children.

I can see why some people would have a problem but I've enjoyed Cici's every time I went. If they don't have a pizza I want, I just ask them to make one and they're more than willing. The only thing I miss is their dessert pizza. For the price you pay, it's worth it. And it's by far one of the better cicis in the Charlotte area.

Never have pizza ready and when they would it did not taste good at all. But what can you expect for so cheap.

There was no pizza's when we came in. The dining room was not full the service was not good. We ordered specialty pizza and they acted like it was a bother. We used to come here all the time and the last 3 times was bad.
