Not that I'm a frequent customer of Taco Bell, but this location is just embarrassing. It seems like they are about 6 or 7 competent workers away from being woefully understaffed. In the two times I've been to this location (there won't be a third) I have probably waited more than fifteen minutes per visit. Pretty much a terrible location overall.

This was the worst experience ive had this far at this location. The food took forever. The orders were made however they only put maybe a quarter of the ingredients on the orders... The rice in the burritos that were ordered was not cooked all the way. And when asked for a plastic bag being it was a big carry put ordered I was handed the bag to do so myself. Last I checked that was the cashiers job to make sure the bigger orders were set to go out the door. And they forgot all about the cups for the drinks. Will not be giving my money to this establishment again. And the manager was rude when I called in regaurds to the order. . UNPROFESSIONAL!

Mooresville location low on staff, dine-in wasn't even open due to it, only had drive-thru open. Also, pot hole at the end of their drive-thru needs to be fixed before it bends someone's tire. Not visible at night to swerve before hitting it.

This is the least functional place I have ever been.... I have never waited 20 min. For FAST food in my life. Never again.

They are slow (always a line). Most of their employees are almost always in bad spirits or just plan rude; They are forgetful as well. If they would get better employees, I don't feel like it would be so bad
