I absolutely love this place I heard a couple bad things but they are under entirely new management bought my new vehicle from them and they were 100% upfront with me about any work the vehicle needed. I didn’t have enough money to purchase a newer vehicle so they did everything they could to take care of me and get me a reliable car. I am having my first child soon and feel so much better knowing I’m driving a reliable car. They have many options for warranties to and I feel safe knowing that their service department will be taking care of my new vehicle.

Love this dealership! It’s small and homey and the service staff are attentive and knowledgeable/helpful. They fixed my clutch extremely quickly and now my truck runs like a dream 💕 the sales manager is lovely as well! Five stars from me

I have to say I purchased a used car here 4 months ago, and I love it. The manager was great, and the salesman was polite and helpful. I HIGHLY Recommend approved auto if you ever need a used car in Central Oregon!!!! Thank you approved auto for the great car.

Bought a truck from these guys and it ended up being the most problematic vehicle I have ever purchased. Right from the get-go I've had problems with it and now have owned it for only 3 months and the transmission is going out. Paid $17,000 + for the vehicle and I did get the warranty ,thankfully. The thing is though that when you buy a product the quality should match the price. Every time I've had an issue with the vehicle they refer me to the warranty as if that's them  making it right when warranties don't cover everything. I'm not trying to be one of those people but I am an honest hard-working man who is just fed up with these kinds of dealerships. I gave them my hard earned money and gave them a chance, they fed me a line and told me I was getting a good vehicle. Yes I know that I should have had it checked out but when they reassure you they are trying to get out from underneath a bad reputation and seem sincere, I trusted them and the took advantage and swindled me. I have never been so mistreated in my life. No one should have to go through this, not when that much money is on the line. May not be much to them but it is to me. They have caused my wife and I so much stress over this and she definitely doesn't deserve this. So if you are considering buying a vehicle from this place please reconsider. I love people and hate when they are takin advantage of,  you and the money you worked hard for deserve better! Please hear me out. Thank you, sincerely Tyler Jacobs

I bought my vehicle from Approved Auto of Bend and I was very happy with the experience. Jerry helped me with my purchase. Not only was he fun and he was extremely informative about my vehicle. He knew everything there was to know about all the cars we looked at. If you are looking for a great, down to earth, and no bull salesman, go see Jerry at Approved Auto in Bend.
