I purchased 2 vehicles from Hertz Car Sales just in the past 2 months. This isn’t your ordinary car dealership. They are not pushy. My salesman (Derrick) listened to what I wanted and didn’t push anything on me. Very professional. In the finance department is Dan. He is also great to work with. He worked to secure the auto loans and made the signing process SIMPLE. Not pushy at all. I highly recommend that you at least give them a try (ask for Derrick in sales).

A  very positive experience.  The sales person and Finance Manager were knowledgeable, customer oriented and conducted themselves in a friendly/professional manner.  I got a great deal on my new purchase and a fair/reasonable price for my trade-in.  I would highly recommend checking out Hertz if you are looking for a car/truck..

Had a great experience with Hertz. Drove through the lot, no pushy salesman. Test drove the car and did the paperwork. One of the easiest transactions ever.

I had purchased a vehicle there years ago and had a pleasant experience so I decided to go back. This experience was awful. The sales person was disorganized and would not listen to me. He kept trying to pull me to look at cars that I had made clear I didn't want. He still kept doing it. He took my boyfriend and I over to the dirt lot across the street to show us a car he thought I might like. He started it up, had to run it though the car wash as it was covered in dirt. After it came out of the wash he had me sit in it. I smelled burning wires and caution lights started coming on. I jumped out at the smell of smoke. Turns out in his disorganization, I mentioned before, this car was not ready for sale. We tried to leave several times and he continued to pull us around. I asked if we could sit for a bit and discuss finances. I was not impressed and said I didn't want to run my credit numerous times. He said they wouldn't until I was ready. He said the office would look at my situation internally but not run anything until I agreed to do so. We said we wanted to leave and he kept telling us to stay. We eventually had to walk out under his protest. Just got a letter from Hertz today saying they ran my credit. Nice.

Shopped for a newer used diesel truck here after a bad experience at another dealer. Excellent service from the salesman, used car manager, and finance manager.  Bought the truck we had been looking for at a fair price.
