Excellent service. No hassle, no BS. Jay the sales manager is straightforward and easy to work with. Was a great experience overall.

Do NOT go there. They used bubble gum (or something similar) to patch a tire on a fully loaded 250 Transit. They should have replaced the tire. Our Vehicle got as far as Crooked River Ranch and blew out. Stranded in traffic, Lucky we didn't get hit. The shoulder had a 6 or 7 foot drop off, Couldn't get off the road entirely. Very, Very Dangerous. Wright Ford stripped the locking lug nut so I couldn't change the tire. Ended up having it towed. Waited till midnight for the tow truck. Wright Ford will not reimburse us for the tow. Lousy service, Poor attitude by Service Manager and Owner. See you in court-Wright Ford
