My wife and I bought a truck for $17,000+and have had nothing but problems with it in the 3 months I've owned it. I got the warranty thankfully,  but it's been an so many problems and in the first 3 months of owning it. First it was an exhaust leak and wiring issues and then transmission going out. Now I know I should have had it checked out but when they told me they were trying to rebuild their their reputation I gave them a chance. Price should match the quality, especially when they tell you is a great vehicle.  People work to hard to be swindled. We trusted them to sell us a good car  like they said, but they didn't. Instead they just keep refering me to the warranty. What about the people who don't get the warranty?  Is it just "tough luck"? I don't think taking back your product and freeing them of an ongoing problem that you sold them is to much to ask for. Please, you work to hard for your money to gamble on this place. There are so many better options out there

I went in to look at a truck and Kevin helped me. He made the experience of buying my first car from a dealer as easy as possible he was so helpful and patient cause being the first time I bought something he walked me trough it. Everything went perfect I would recommend Approved auto for anyone. Some reviews talk about how something was wrong with there vehicle and they would do nothing to help, I am guessing that was old management. Kevin helped fix a problem he found on the spot and gave me his word he would help with anything else that comes up , and i believe it. Great service and a good price.

The people at Approved Auto are understanding and unbelievably helpful in the process of car shopping. I personally worked with Kevin and Bill who were some of the most obsequious men I have ever met in the retail business. Given the chance, I would buy 1000 cars from Approved Auto just to receive their professional care and service.

Omg! I’ve been shopping for a car for weeks! Went through all the high sales pitches and aggressive dealers! My least favorite thing to do is shop for a car. My daughter told me about Approved Auto and I met a wonderful salesman who patiently listened to my needs and price point. Thayne Guymon walked me through all of the painful process of buying my dream car! I will never shop anywhere else! The whole process was quick & easy. Thank you so much!!!
