We live about 100 miles away, so hubby handled the negotiations over the phone. They held the 2012 Chevy Equinox for us until we could get there the next day, even though they had another couple at the dealership interested in it. We only spent an hour and a half at the dealership, including test drive (a huge deal for me, I simply cannot do hours on end dealing with car sales people!) Thanks to Troy & Linda for putting together a good deal for us, we appreciate it! It was probably the first time I have ever left a car dealership with a smile on my face!

I had a really pleasant time buying my first car today! The guys at team Kia of bend, were very informative, pacient, kind, professional and so much more! Special shout out to Tom Rogers, he was my sales consultant! He did such an amazing job! Though it was my first time purchasing a car, it was not my mothers, and I quote “ this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.”  Tom definitely knew what kind of car I would be looking for, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! Also, Ted and Santana the finance manager/trainee also did a spectacular job! I couldn’t have chosen a more efficient car dealership. The next time I buy a car, I will definitely return to team Kia! Thank you for all you guys do! I love my new vehicle! 😍🙌🏻 I would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

Very nice customer service! It was my first time there and the guy showed me around. The waiting room was nice and so were the bathrooms. After it was done he walked me to my car and my car was super clean! Thanks!

I’ve purchased a lot of cars through the years but really enjoyed the team here. There was no pressure at all.  I felt comfortable and most importantly feel like I got a great deal.  Justin Smith was a superstar and I really appreciated Angel, Mike, Danny and of course Craig.  Now I just need to find a new San Diego (not LA) Chargers sticker for my car.

Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and a few other odd end check ups - the maintenance staff was happy to help. Had my car in and out in 2 hours, and they also detailed the outside and made my car shine -
 great experience! Linda Lee, who originally sold me the Jeep, also sat and talked with my wife and I in the lobby while we waited for service to complete.
